Co-chairs Emma Bloomberg (the mayor’s daughter) and Vogue Fashion Editor Sally Singer are inviting 20- and 30-somethings to Summer Soiree, a junior benefit for the Campaign for Prospect Park 2001-2005, which set the ambitious goal of raising $116 million in five years.
