Four teenage girls mugged another teen heading home from school on March 3 at the corner of Hanson and South Elliott places.
The four muggers ambushed their 15-year-old victim at 3 pm, striking her repeatedly in the face, even beating her with her own schoolbag and knocking her to the ground.
The ruffians rifled her belongings and stole her cellphone and other gadgets, worth a total of $750.
Three hoodlums roughed up and robbed a college student on St. James Place on March 4.
A 22-year-old man, en route to Pratt Institute, made eye contact with the wrong guys at 9 pm.
The trio forced the victim up against the wall near the corner of Lafayette Avenue, picking his pockets to get his Blackberry, iPod and wallet.
They sealed the deal by throwing him to ground.
A man mugged a woman on the corner of Lafayette and Carlton avenues on March 9.
The robber demanded the woman’s wallet at 6 am, but settled for her cellphone before fleeing.
A mugger wrenched a backpack from a boy on Clermont Avenue on March 5.
The pupil was between Greene and Lafayette avenues at 3 pm when a man of indeterminate age snatched the bag, containing textbooks, notepads and a portable Sony Playstation.
