Perfectly Polished is not your average nail salon — it’s a great party and relaxation spot, with a happy hour! Their signature Tickled Pink drink (a pink lemonade martini) is complimentary with services during their happy hour on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, from 6 to 8 pm.

Desiree Grippo (pictured) opened Perfectly Polished so girlfriends could relax and unwind after work, have a place to stop for a quick polish change before a night on the town, and have a hip spot to host a friend’s birthday party. Taking matters into her own hands (and feet) Desiree has accomplished just that — she runs a quality nail salon and boutique with a chic and girly-girl atmosphere.

“Everyone deserves to be pampered without the high prices of a day spa or the low quality of a discount nail salon,” says Desiree. “We are concerned with your needs and preferences and will communicate with you about them.”

The stylish décor gives an atmosphere of fun and relaxation. Guests feel as if they are hanging out at a good friend’s house … a very stylish good friend who also does great pedicures. Perfectly Polished is the perfect spot for bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthdays, mom’s day out, boy’s night out, or just your weekly pampering spot.

Waxing, airbrush tanning, and makeup application are also available.

88 Atlantic Avenue (between Hick and Henry Streets, Cobble Hill), (347) 844-9034, open 7 days 10 am to 8 pm (Sundays til 7 pm). Visa and Mastercard are welcomed.

John from next door says:
These people are evil--do not go to this salon. They don't careb about their neighbors of their families.

Mo from Cobble Hill says:
Love this place -- the design is very much like an old fashioned ice cream store. It is clean, pretty and very innovative in design & decor.

Sophie from Brooklyn Heights says:
It is nice, clean, friendly salon which is a treat on Atlantic Ave. I hope more stores open on this part of Atlantic Ave.

Aryanne from Manhattan says:
Disregard John's ridiculous comments. He's out of his mind and perhaps should consider getting one of PP's amazingly relaxing perfectly pleasured treatments! This spa is a true treasure, and to me, worth the trek from Manhattan because of its first-rate services and technicians, not to mention its bubbly, girly, upbeat environment. Highly highly recommended!

I love it! It's a godsend. I don't have to leave my neighborhood to get a 1st rate mani/pedi. The store is beautiful, the hours convenient and the personnel fantastic. And, I can bring my daughter. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Lynn from DUMBO says:
I purchased a gift card here for a friend and when she went to use it, they were no longer in business! i am very disappointed in the owner [Desiree] and the fact that there is no contact info for former customers. At this time, I would not trust a new business by this owner.
