Did you know that Muscle and Fitness Magazine rates Fitness Kickboxing as the number one fat burner, with over 800 calories burned during a one hour class?

CKO takes fitness to a new level with result-driven workouts, and awesomely motivating instructors. The chain has the largest boxing and kickboxing-for-fitness programs in the country, with classes seven days a week.

CKO’s programs blend authentic kickboxing training, using real heavybags with intense calorie burning exercises and phenomenal resistance training. Hitting the heavy bag dramatically improves muscle tone and cardio endurance.

Joseph and Trisha Virga are lifelong fitness enthusiasts who personally saw immediate results and increased energy from their CKO memberships, so they decided to open their own branch right in Joe’s hometown neighborhood of Carroll Gardens.

The doors will open for the first time at 10 am Saturday, March 29. The first 50 members will get a special grand opening rate of $79 per month (regularly $89 per month).

CKO is located at 562 Court St. near Garnet and West 9th streets, and its classes will be held throughout the day from 9 am to 7:30 pm, 7 days a week. Call (718) 222-1822.
