Cops apprehended a sixth suspected drug dealer who had been on the lam since a June 20 raid on two alleged crack houses on 93rd Street.
Police nabbed Gilbert Blake on July 9 at around 11 am on 55th Street, cuffing the wanted man who had been on the run for 20 days.
Blake joins Erica Raffone and Joseph, Michael and Ross Terrone, who are accused of running a heroin, crack cocaine and prescription drug ring from two adjacent homes on the block between Third and Fourth avenues.
The five perps face 25 years to life and are being held without parole.
Police also charged Alan Reilly with a lower drug-selling offense. All of the suspects were arrested in what Kings County District Attorney Charles Hynes called “Operation Blockbuster.”
The sextet instilled fear and intimidation among neighbors, carrying out “hundreds if not thousands of transactions” from behind closed doors, Hynes said.— Ben Muessig
