TOREN RISING: Engineers are installing the silver-blue aluminum and glass façade at Toren, a 400-foot, 38-story tower rising at 150 Myrtle Ave., near Flatbush Avenue Extension. Tenants at the Skidmore, Owings & Merrill-designed building are expected to move in next spring, and, despite the downturn in the economy, a spokeswoman for the building says the well-off are still buying. “Sales are going really great,” she said.
