How cool is new St. Francis College President Brendan Dugan? Dugan broke the ice with his students by serving them ice cream and pizza. The Sept. 29 event was one of several celebrations marking Dugan’s installation as the 150-year-old college’s president. Given the reception, students at the Remsen Street school seemed to warm quickly to the new head honcho.
