A silver sedan smashed into a real estate office on the corner of 88th Street and Third Avenue on Oct. 25, hospitalizing the driver.

Witnesses said cops were chasing the car when the woman behind the wheel lost control at around 6:15 pm, jumped the curb, knocked down a fence, and drove into House-N-Key Realty.

The driver was rushed to Lutheran Medical Center and was charged with refusing to take a Breathalyzer test, cops said.
