A vandal smashed the rear window of a man’s car with a barrage of rocks on Jan. 23.
The man discovered the damage to his white Honda Accord, which had been in a parking lot on Pacific Street near Carlton Avenue, at around 5 pm.
A motorist sideswiped a 35-year-old man who was crossing Washington Avenue on Jan. 27.
The man was struck in the arm by the green Ford Explorer’s rear view mirror, breaking the glass, but not seriously injuring the man.
The driver sped away from the incident, which occurred at 1:25 pm near Sterling Place.
A thief broke into a 46-year-old man’s car and stole a valuable cache of goods near Grand Army Plaza on Jan. 22.
Around 11:30 pm, the rear window of the man’s white Ford sedan was broken and $1,200 worth of CDs, DVDs and books were removed.
A man was arrested for driving through pedestrian-filled crosswalks, swerving through lanes, and traveling at nearly double the legal speed limit on Jan. 23, cops said.
After pulling over 26-year-old man near the corner of Bergen Street and Flatbush Avenue at around 10 pm, police discovered his license had already been revoked for similar charges.
