As you know, the staff of The Brooklyn Paper will be moving from DUMBO to spiffy new offices in the Metrotech complex next week. All week, Editor Gersh Kuntzman has been gorging on DUMBO’s culinary riches — and inviting viewers along for the juicy ride. In yet another installment in his ongoing series, “The Last Days of DUMBO,” today Gersh enjoys a cilantro-free plate of rice and beans from Los Papi’s.
