Two men beat and robbed a teenage girl as she walked down 85th Street on March 25.
The 19-year-old victim told police she was at the corner of Colonial Road at around 3 pm when the thugs came up behind her and began pulling on her shirt collar. The suspects then punched her in the head several times.
The victim fell to the ground, and the men grabbed her cellphone and a $30 pair of earrings before running away.
Hi-tech heist
Someone stole $1,500 worth of electronics from a car parked on Fort Hamilton Parkway on March 28.
The 40-year-old victim told cops he parked his 2003 red Saturn in front of his home, between 76th and 77th streets, in the morning. When he went to use the car at around 7:30 pm, he realized someone had smashed a passenger-side window and grabbed an overhead projector and an electronic navigation system from inside.
