That’s the question on the corner of Bedford Avenue and N. 12th Street in Williamsburg, where a puddle in a construction site has turned into a stagnant lake of sorrows. Neighbors worry that the pond — which reflects the Russian Orthodox Cathedral in a style similar to India’s Taj Mahal — might lead to skeeter trouble this summer.
