Pierrepummeled

A 67-year-old man was beaten and held up at gunpoint on Pierrepont Street on Sept 3.

The victim told cops that he was near Hicks Street at around 9 pm when the thug jumped him and struck him, possibly with a gun that he pulled and threatened to use.

The attack left the victim with bruises and cuts to the head, though the assailant fled in a 2007 Toyota without taking anything.

Cops locked up two teens suspected of pummeling a man for his iPhone on the Manhattan Bridge walkway on Sept. 1.

The criminal duo allegedly confronted the victim on the Brooklyn-side of the bridge, shoved him against the fence, and punched him repeatedly, leaving the victim with a bloody nose and a swollen forehead that required treatment at Long Island College Hospital.

The thieves made off with the victim’s phone, but cops locked up an 18-year-old and a 14-year-old suspect of the crime.

Snatcher snatched

Police locked up a crook who allegedly fought a 21-year-old straphanger for his knapsack inside the DeKalb Avenue subway station on Sept. 1.

The would-be thief exited an R train inside the station near the corner of DeKalb Avenue and Flatbush Avenue Extension at around 7 pm, then reached back into the car and grabbed onto the victim’s bag.

But the victim wouldn’t let go.

The pair struggled over the bag until cops nabbed a 33-year-old suspected of the crime.

Salvation damnation

A crook stole valuables from a purse belonging to a Salvation Army employee on Sept. 4.

The thief grabbed the bag — which was left in a small storage space beneath a register in the Atlantic Avenue thrift shop — while the 60-year-old victim worked elsewhere in the store between 11:30 am and 4 pm.

When the victim returned to her bag, she noticed that the criminal had snatched her wallet, ID cards and debit cards and escaped from the charity store, which is between Nevins and Bond streets.

Gold culled

Cops locked up a crook suspected of attempting to pocket costly gold jewelry from a Fulton Street gold shop on Sept. 4.

Store security at World of Jewelry restrained a 33-year-old who allegedly attempted to grab a 14-carat gold pendant valued at $3,055 and a chain valued at $4,800 at around noon.

When police arrived at the shop, which is near the corner of Bridge Street, the suspect was found to be in possession of one of the items.

Chapel crime

A thug held up a 29-year-old on Chapel Street on Sept. 4

The crook grabbed the victim by the neck and arm and removed her keys, wallet, and credit card as she passed near the corner of Jay Street near McLaughlin Park at around 10:30 am.

Fannypack jack!

A thief heisted a Sidekick cellphone from a 16-year-old’s fanny pack inside a Court Street movie theater on Aug. 31.

The perp lifted the phone at around 3 pm and escaped from the United Artists cinema, which is near the corner of State Street.

Sidekick picked!

A thief snatched a Sidekick cellphone from a 34-year-old’s hands on Aug. 28.

The cell skell grabbed the flashy phone near the corner of Smith and Fulton streets at around 6 pm and fled.

Camp-y crime

A bad guy stole valuables from a 32-year-old woman’s purse from a Smith Street bar on Sept. 6.

The crook pilfered the pocketbook, which was sitting on the arm of a chair inside the watering hole Camp, which is between Wyckoff and Warren streets, and made off with the victim’s credit cards, IDs, and $40 just after midnight.

Crime movie

Thieves forced their way into a Henry Street movie theater and stole about $100 from a cash register early on Sept. 4.

The perps broke a glass window on the front door of the Brooklyn Heights Cinema, which is at the corner of Orange Street, and got into the theater at some time between 12:30 am and noon.

Once inside, the crooks grabbed the money from a register and fled, leaving behind a screwdriver at the scene of the crime.
