A few months ago, someone sent us a copy of the Gaslight Anthem’s album, “The ’59 Sound,” and within a few plays, it became Señor Editor Vince DiMiceli’s favorite LP of the year. Well, now the Jersey-based foursome is going to be playing Brooklyn Bowl on Oct. 16 — so we cued up the album for the Smash or Trash team (with a special appearance by DiMiceli himself). You know what happened.
