The Brooklyn Paper

The Brooklyn Paper and The New York Post — perfect together!

Starting this Friday in selected areas of Brooklyn, copies of The Post will include The Brooklyn Paper — giving Post readers a chance to get our lively, award-winning local coverage along with their regular fix of New York’s best news, gossip, sports, business and entertainment coverage.

“This is what we call a classic win-win,” said Celia Weintrob, publisher of The Brooklyn Paper. “Post readers already enjoy the best newspaper in the city — but now they’ll be getting the best local paper in Brooklyn, too.”

It’s all free with your 50-cent New York Post — only in Brooklyn.

Leon Freilich from Park Slope says:
FRIDAY FILLIP

What's Post is prologue to brownstone doings

And all event and capers

That find their glorious local way

Into pages of the Brooklyn Paper's.

Joey from Clinton Hills says:
I like the NY Post, but their anti-bicyclist editorial stance disgusts me. Also, the Post should have fired Andrea Peyser back when she did an anti-papal column that inferred (or maybe it was explicit) that Hitler and the Nazis were Roman Catholics.

Great! Love the Brooklyn Paper (not so much the Post, but I don't hate it). I remember when the Post was THE liberal paper in New York.

Well you both make cheesey puns in your headlines and neither of you are really concerned with how factual your reports are - so I say, a perfect match!
