Rap master Doug E. Fresh taught the world how to “Dougie” at the very last of the JellyNYC Pool Parties on the Williamsburg waterfront — a bittersweet signoff for the five-year series. Hipsters came from as far and wide as New Jersey to witness the event, and had plenty to say about the future of the free music scene:
