8th Street is first in block party fun

Food and friendship courted the whole family as homeowners shared the spirit along 8th Street for block party day.

The annual summer tradition had the young and the young-at-heart bonding over simple pleasures to cement their neighborly ties between 5th and 6th avenues.

Potluck barbecues, party games and good ol’ fashioned fun fueled the flame of festivity.
