Degree of success

Standing O was there for the baccalaureate convocation and now that the hood is up and the tassel firmly moved to the left, Standing O is there again for Danielle Felicetti. Put your hands together for this beautiful, accomplished daughter of proud mom and Courier operations associate Tina Felicetti, proud papa Sal, and beaming bro John.

Dani finished her post-graduate education and was conferred a masters degree in science at Long Island University in May.

Dani has always been on the fast track of learning. She graduated St. Francis College with a bachelor’s degree in science — cum laude, no less — in Jan. 2013, less than half-a-year from the traditional four years, and now received her Master’s degree in less than two years. What a triple-threat package — brains, looks, and personality.

She is presently teaching children the importance of physical fitness at St. Athanasius school and St. Francis Xavier Catholic Academy as a physical education teacher where she provides a secure learning environment for the children and is helping tots from nursery school up to that pesky age of tweens in eighth grade to develop a happy, healthy, and optimistic lifestyle.

Mom Tina is still proud and still maintains, “The brains are from her dad, but the looks, from me.”

Standing O wishes Dani a long life of joy, success, and health, and can’t wait for her doctorate to come along. You know that Standing O will be there.
