In one of the busiest summers over the past few years, Massey Knakal is reporting the closing of a number of transactions in Brooklyn with an aggregate value of almost $27 million.
Among the notable transactions was the former home of the Bay Ridge United Methodist Church, 362-364 Ovington Avenue in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn, which was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $9,750,000.
The transactions were spread across the entire borough and all property segments.
