Brooklyn ‘Flip’ in Baghdad

Pictured is Brooklyn native Richard “Flip” Wilson, talking with Iraqi children in a village in the Taji Quada section, northwest of Baghdad. Wilson’s mission is to teach the children the importance of working with the Iraqi soldiers to create a safe and secure Iraq. Wilson serves as the commander of the 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment “Wolfhounds”, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, “Warrior,” 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad.
