I read that Mayor Bloomberg would like to see energy taxed dramatically.
Mr. Mayor, taxing everything is not always the answer. People claim you don’t understand regular folks just trying to make ends meet, and I now tend to side with them. How much could we afford?
The long term solution to the oil crisis is conservation, and for Pete’s sake start drilling and build refineries. We are at the mercy of foreign oil pushers. The time to start drilling is now on US soil, and God forbid we have to relocate the caribou so be it.
With the price of food also sky high, it might not be a bad idea to experiment with making a caribou burger. There you go two problems solved!
