Dean Street gun mugging

77th Precinct

Prospect Heights

Kicked kicks

A gun-wielding thug and his partner jacked some shoes from a man on Dean Street on May 30.

The 45-year-old victim told cops he was near Underhill Avenue just after midnight, when two men wearing dark clothing cornered him. One pulled out a black gun, then told the dupe to cough up his yellow chain necklace, a horse shoe ring, and even the Nike sneakers on his feet.

Probably pregnant

A crook with a craving snatched some grub from a supermarket on Washington Avenue on May 30.

A 26-year-old witness told cops that he watched a lady leave the NSA Supermarket near Prospect Place at about 6:15 pm with a bar of chocolate, some provolone, an éclair pie — and, yes, a jar of pickles — without paying.

Cops arrested a 30-year-old suspect the same day.

Cold-hearted

A jerk snatched a laptop from an ice cream shop on Underhill Avenue on May 23.

The victim told cops that she placed her black Mac laptop on a table at Blue Marble near Sterling Place at around 4:20 pm then looked a way for a few minutes. That’s when the thug snatched it and ran away.

Slayed dragon

An alleged heroin dealer — and his suspected customer — were collared by cops on Lincoln Place on May 24.

A cop said that he watched a dope-slinger hand over a glassine envelope full of the opiate to a man near Classon Avenue at around 6:40 pm. He made his arrests soon after.
