New Chamber Ballet and Variant 6 vocal ensemble

Choreographer Miro Magloire presents his New Chamber Ballet, joined by Philadelphia-based Variant 6 Vocal Ensemble, in the NY premiere of “Munu Munu,” a full length ballet to both contemporary and medieval vocal music.  Staged for 5 dancers and 6 vocalists, “Munu Munu” is set to contemporary music by Toby Twining, and medieval vocal music by composers from the 1300’s: Jacopo Da Bologna, Grimace, and Solage.  Performances April 8 & 9 at 7:30 PM.
