Join us on Saturday, April 23rd in New York City’s Central Park for the 28th Annual Parkinson’s Unity Walk. The 1.4 mile walk is wheelchair accessible and takes place at the 72nd Street Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park (use 72nd Street Park entrances on Fifth Avenue or Central Park West). Rain or shine, registration opens for rolling walks at 8:30 am – 11:30 am.

Upon arrival, check in at the registration tent then start your walk! Additionally, there will be informational booths to check out, opportunities to meet with healthcare experts to learn more about nationally recognized Parkinson’s disease exercise programs and movement disorders centers. The fundraiser will also include virtual programming at unitywalk.org for those who would like to join from home.

Approximately 60,000 Americans are diagnosed with Parkinson’s each year and more than 10 million people worldwide are living with it. Help fight the cause and participate in the largest grassroots fundraiser for Parkinson’s disease research in the United States. 100% of donations go to research and while registration on-site will be available, we encourage you to register and donate online here.

The event will also include special guest Maryum Ali, also known as “May May,” and the eldest daughter of Muhammad Ali, who is a spokesperson for The Parkinson’s Unity Walk.
