Rockwell Group, Tait, Opencultureworks, And Moët Hennessy USA Brings Openstage To Ditmars Blvd This Weekend
From July through October, David Rockwell and his architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, TAIT, a global leader in design, engineering and manufacturing for live events, and Moët Hennessy USA joined forces with OpenCultureWORKS, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing live performing arts programs and events to streets, parks, plazas and other public spaces around the city. With the support of Moët Hennessy USA, OpenCultureWORKS has programmed the city’s 10 Open Boulevards locations throughout the five boroughs with live performances by local artists among the surrounding neighborhoods.
This Saturday (8/7), the OpenStage Performance Series continues at Ditmars Blvd. and 35th St. in Queens. Starting at 6:30PM ET, there will be free live entertainment for New Yorkers and visitors to enjoy, with performances by DJ Brown and Grammy-nominated jazz brand, Groove Collective.
