The installation is being hosted by the Four Freedoms Park Conservancy in partnership with the Woolrich Outdoor Foundation to encourage people to enjoy the great outdoors. The installation is the first in a series of special offerings to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Park, which opened to the public in 2012.
