Sol Sips x Forager Project’s Limited-Edition ‘Nacho Average Nachos’ For a Good Cause

Description:
Bushwick-based Sol Sips, the buzzing vegan cafe run by Francesca Chaney and known for its sliding scale Saturday brunch, and Forager Project, maker of organic, plant-based yogurts and milk, have partnered together to make plant-based foods more accessible in NYC this summer! Starting August 26th, Sol Sips will be offering a limited-edition Nacho Average Nachos plate, Francesca’s healthier take on the indulgent classic, made with tortilla chips, refried beans, pico de gallo and a coconut-based cheese. Forager Project’s creamy and tangy plant-based sour cream will top off the dish, and for every one sold, $5 will be donated to Hands4Hope, an organization close to Francesca’s heart that provides support for at-risk youths from low-income and minority households by providing after-school programs, including cooking and nutrition tutorials. Come by and enjoy a plate of nachos anytime from August 26th – September 26th and give back at the same time!
