A revel — and then some — was in store for members of the Seniors In Shape program at Aviator Sports & Recreation where seasonal festivities kicked off with food, dancing — and a bissel of exercise.
The Aviator Tappers provided the fancy footwork during the holiday party in Hangar 5, where exercising elders took time out to enjoy a program of celebration, topped off by a plethora of special attractions; among them, holiday makeovers, shopping, music, free raffles and giveaways.
Guest speaker Dr. Nisa Gutierrez, regional director of the Center for Medicare & medicaid Services, spoke about the importance of prevention in health care.
