Starry−eyed students at Visitation Academy attuned themselves to a Broadway classic by taking to the stage for a crowd−pleasing version of “The Music Man.”
The costumed crew drew rave reviews for its sweet rendition of the Meredith Willson−Franklin Lacey musical about con man Harold Hill, who poses as the bandmaster of a boys’ band and sells band instruments and uniforms to naive townsfolk before skipping town with the cash.
The production marked the end of the school year at the Bay Ridge school, 8902 Ridge Boulevard.
