Golf outing to benefit diabetes

The Brooklyn/Queens branch of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation will host its Third Annual Golf Benefit (JDRF), a day of golf, food and fun and, most importantly, to help find a cure for juvenile diabetes.

The JDRF benefit will b held October 6 at Clearview Park Golf Course, 202-12 Willets Point Boulevard in Queens.

There will be a continental breakfast, BBQ at the turn, and dinner to follow at the Café on the Green (on the same property).

Participation Levels

Eagle Sponsorship of $5,000 guarantees three foursomes, exclusive signage at the first tee, opportunity to display company banner, check presentation & acknowledgement, premium table at awards dinner.

Birdie Sponsorship of $3,500 guarantees two foursomes, signage at the first tee, acknowledgement in printed material, premium table at awards dinner.

Par Sponsorship of $2,000 guarantees one foursome, signage at selected green or Tee, acknowledgement in printed material, premium table at awards dinner.

Foursome Sponsorship is $1,000; for an individual golfer, $250; hole sponsor, $250; and dinner only, $150.

Golf and dinner seats are already being sold, so those interested in attending should secure their spots ASAP.
