Police are continuing to look for the driver of a white van that nearly ended the life of a 12-year-old girl.
Officials said that the van struck young Destiny Camacho as she stepped off the sidewalk into the intersection of Liberty and Shepherd avenues.
Camacho was rushed to an area hospital where she was listed in extremely critical condition.
