Motivation with those fries?
I have been suggesting that fast food companies help reduce the number of violent high school and mall incidents by placing inspirational and motivating quotations on their soft drink cups, paper products and packaging to help instill self esteem and confidence in young people.
I also suggest that mall managers place motivational and inspirational posters throughout the mall. If a great quotation touches an angry kid, it could save lives in more ways than one.
Ignorance and lack of understanding contribute to many racial and gay bashing attacks. There is a treasure trove of great quotations by famous people, and I have authored over 160 quotations and poems, many motivational and inspirational in nature.
Some sample quotes: “You can learn more from your enemies and competitors, than your friends. They will be among the very first to expose all your flaws and shortcomings”; “The man or woman with ‘sight’ sees things as they are. The man or woman with ‘insight’ sees things as they could be”; “Try to avoid the most natural of all human tendencies – the nonchalant habit of resisting and rejecting out of hand, what we fail to appreciate or comprehend.”
