The New York City Department of Education and PS 503-The Magnet School for Ecology and the Urban Environment will be hostingfree open houses October 20, November 17 and December 15 at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the school, 330 59th Street on the Bay Ridge/Sunset Park border.
These events are free and open to the public.
The school offers hands-on, interdisciplinary programs in basic ecological principles, science, social responsibility and community involvement. As the Magnet School for Ecology and the Urban Environment, PS 503 offers choiceeducational opportunities for children in grades Kindergarten through five.
