The spacious restaurant in the New York Marriott Brooklyn hotel is elegant, with comfortable seating. Archives offers a wide variety of seafood, pasta, poultry, beef and vegetarian dishes. A typically hearty entree by executive chef Ben Cottrell is the crab-crusted George’s Bank cod loin with French beans. Other indulgences include the Sunday Champagne brunch; a daily breakfast buffet; a lunch buffet, from Monday to Friday; and a bar menu in the lounge. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am-2:30 pm and 5;00 pm-10:00 pm; Saturday, 7:00 am-2:30 pm and 5:00 pm-10:00 pm; Sunday, 7:00 am-3:00 pm and 5:00 pm-10:00 pm.
