iPod robbery

Three thugs jumped a teen on Farragut Road on Nov. 29, swiping the young man’s iPod.

The victim was nearing E. 29th Street at 4:30 pm when the hoodlums — who were also teenagers — approached and demanded his property.

One of the thieves held the victim down while his accomplices rifled through the teen’s pockets, taking his iPod.

The thieves ran off, but one didn’t get very far: Cops caught up with a 16-year-old suspect a short time later, charging him with robbery in the second degree.
