Sharp taste

A dastardly duo swiped a pile of clothes from a Fulton Street discount store on Aug. 31 — escaping a security guard after one thief pulled a razor from his mouth.

The 50-year-old watchman at the Conway chain near Pearl Street said he tried to apprehend the shoplifters as they exited at 1:22 pm.

But the pair refused to give up the merchandise — and that’s when one of the fiendish crooks threatened the guard with the blade.
