Cops from the 63rd Precinct will be offering residents a chance to better secure their cars, bicycles and computers on April 11 during a special crime prevention day at Marine Park.
From 10 am to 3 pm, police will be available to enroll residents to etch codes on to cars, bikes, laptops, cell phones and other electronics and valuables.
Each item will be given a special number that will be helpful in getting the item back if its ever stolen and found by police, officials said.
