Catholic Charities Neighborhood Servicesâ„Narrows Senior Center will be holding a health fair at the facility, 1230 63rd Street, July 30 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Additionally, CCNSâ„Narrows Senior Center offers delicious and nutritious meals daily. There are ongoing lecture series on health, nutrition and aging, as well as yoga classes, aerobics, mahjong, support groups, computer training and conversational Italian classes.
The program also operates unique English as a Second Language class weekly.
Trained staff is available to provide assistance with resources in the community and can arrange transportation for both medical trips and trips to the program.
There is daily transportation to the center, and on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays they offer transportation for personal appointments.
