After more than 100 days in exile, the tenants of 475 Kent Avenue are finally back in their homes and places of work.

Last Thursday, the 11-story south Williamsburg loft passed safety inspections by both the Fire and Buildings Departments. Subsequently, the FDNY lifted the vacate order issued to tenants of the illegally converted former pasta factory on January 20.
