Parents and volunteers came out last Saturday to clean the Audrey Johnson Day Care Center’s colorful playground, donated by KaBoom in 2000.

Joann Kellum, Austen Martinez, and Walberto Acevedo, volunteered the early shift as Julie Dent, Director of the Audrey Johnson Day Care Center (272 Moffat Street), pitched in. The children, who use the playground for 45 minutes of outdoor play in the mornings and afternoons, wrote letters to the thank the parents for cleaning their space.
