Summertime smiles could be found all over 72nd Street as residents celebrated yet another fun-filled block party.

From 16th to 17th avenues and everywhere in between, kids could be found playing or eating sweet treats and barbecue fare provided by their doting parents.

But last weekend’s block party wasn’t just about the kids.

The grown-ups got in on the fun as well, spending their time kicking back and chatting with their neighbors both new and old.
