Town Square, Edge 11211, and the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation present SummerStarz, free movies on Thursdays at East River State Park, North Eighth Street & Kent Avenue now through September 3.

Each SummerStarz evening will start with a children’s hour at 6 p.m., a live music performance at 7 p.m., and children’s films at sunset. Free hotdogs, popcorn & water, courtesy of Citibank and National Grid, will be on hand.

On tap August 27 will be the feature film, “Babe.”
