Once there, the pair met another guy who took them to the building’s basement, police said.
A fourth man was waiting in the basement — he whipped out a badge and told the chauffeur to get up against the wall, a police report states. The fake cop flashed a holstered gun, then took the guy’s phone, keys, and wallet containing $800 before telling the victim to scram, police said.
