Threatened teen

Three crooks threatened a teen with a gun and stole his cellphone, keys, and identification card on E. Fourth Street on Aug. 15, police said.

The 17-year-old told police the three malefactors approached him at 4:01 pm near Avenue V. One of the jerks held a gun to his head and demanded his phone, keys, and wallet, according to authorities.

The nogoodniks then fled down E. Fourth Street with the teen’s belongings, police said.

Knocked out

A cur socked a man in the face on Emmons Avenue on Aug. 21 and then swiped his wallet, watch, sneakers, identification cards, and debit card, police said.

The 21-year-old told police he was walking near E. 23th Street at 1 am when the punk came up to him and punched him in the face, temporarily knocking him unconscious and causing a bruise to the left side of his face.

The jerk then took his wallet, brown Fossil watch, New York State identification card, school identification card, Chase debit card, and red and white size 9.5 Jordan sneakers, police said.

Catch him if you can

A lawbreaker deposited a stolen check for $5,000 after he broke into a guy’s E. 23rd Street home on June 19 and swiped his Chase checkbook.

The baddie stole the checkbook from the home near Avenue S a day before cashing the check on June 20, the victim told police on Aug. 15. The victim told police he has video surveillance of the incident.

Scared out

A would-be crook tried to break into a guy’s Avenue Z apartment on Aug. 15, police said.

The victim told police he was in his apartment near E. 24th Street at 4 am when he noticed his screen window was open. He checked his surveillance footage and saw the jerk trying to get into the place via the front window, authorities reported.

The lawbreaker never made it inside, and instead decided to take off on foot, according to authorities.
