A realtor threatened a woman when she called asking about an E. 37th Street apartment she paid for back in March.
The woman told police that she paid the realtor on March 15 for the apartment, which he promised to give her once it was empty, but that she never got the keys for, nor her money back as of Oct. 14.
She called and texted the realtor regarding the money, and he told her he was “going to make her cry by midnight,” which made her fear for her safety and report the incident, cops said.
