He’s beat up for New Year’s

Unhappy new year

An 18-year-old Bay Ridge Avenue man was robbed on 10th Avenue early on New Year’s Eve.

The victim told cops that he and two friends were near 66th Street at 1:44 am when a half-dozen men wearing black hoodies and ski masks approached them.

One of the men pulled a gun and demanded cash. But before the victim could respond, the thugs ripped the messenger bag off his shoulder and punched him in the face.

More bag grabs

Just four minutes after the above incident, a 25-year-old woman was robbed at knifepoint on Fifth Avenue.

The victim said that she was near 76th Street at 1:48 am when an unidentified brute stopped her, flashed a knife, and punched her in the head repeatedly.

As she reeled back in pain, the thief yanked her bag away and ran off.

Coach ’n’ carry

Cops are looking for a fast moving thief who swiped a woman’s Coach bag on Fifth Avenue without breaking a sweat on Dec. 27.

The 23-year-old victim said that she was walking near 78th Street at 11:15 pm when the thief ran by, snagged the bag and fled.

The woman lost $200 and some credit cards.

Cyber bullying

Two teens were injured during a Christmas Eve attack at a Internet cafe on Fort Hamilton Parkway on Dec. 24.

Police said that a bunch of teens were surfing the Interweb in the storefront near 62nd Street — aptly called Internet — at 5:35 pm when a group of teenage thugs came in.

“So what’s up?” one of the teens asked before flashing a collapsible baton and striking a 14-year-old customer in the left side. A second teen pulled a baseball bat and struck the teen in the head.

Both men fled as quickly as they arrived, police said. No serious injuries were reported.
