TV actor Tim DeKay — best known for his guest appearances on popular shows such as “Seinfeld,” “Friends,” “Scrubs” and “CSI” — was kickin’ it in Cobble Hill on Friday, shooting a scene for his star role in the FBI-thriller “White Collar” on Warren Street between Court and Clinton streets.

The guy loves the borough so much that he told us he’s looking for an apartment in Park Slope near Prospect Park — but he still totally digs the neighborhoods in which he’s been filming for the past few days.

“I love the Heights — just beautiful,” he told us, before climbing atop a stoop on set and screaming, “Yea, Brooklyn!”
