A reckless roadster struck and killed a 72-year-old Brooklyn man while driving his white Jaguar on Avenue D in East Flatbush Monday, mowing the man down as he crossed the street and then fleeing in his sports car, witnesses said.

Police and paramedics responded to a 911 call at 7:55 pm, and found the older man already dead between E. 42nd and E. 43rd streets, cops said.

The driver who killed him, on the other hand, fled before police arrived and remains on the lam, according to police.

Police are withholding the victim’s name pending the notification of family members.
