The angry stranger suddenly punched the old man in the side of the head three times, causing the sexagenarian’s ear to bleed, the police report states. The attacker then ran off.

Starting young

Police arrested a teenager who they said threatened to shoot another teen while robbing him on Myrtle Avenue on May 19.

The 14-year-old victim told police that he was near Clinton Avenue at 2:45 pm on May 19 when the 15-year-old defendant and another kid told him to empty his pockets and threatened to shoot him.

“I will shoot you in the leg,” the young suspect allegedly said to him. The victim gave the duo $20 and his smartphone, according to the police report. Police charged the 15-year-old boy with robbery.

Easy pickings

A pushy robber grabbed a smartphone out of woman’s hand on Atlantic Avenue on May 21, said cops.

The victim told police that she was near Sixth Avenue at 5 pm when a guy came up from behind her and grabbed her phone out of her hand. The man then ran off.

Attempted getaway

Police arrested a man who they said ran over a cop’s foot with a car while trying to get away from him on Oxford Street on May 19.

The police report states the officer tried to pull the suspect over near Atlantic Avenue at 9:25 am because of a court order to seize the vehicle.

The suspect refused to get out of the car and instead ran over the officer’s foot, according to authorities. Police charged him with felony assault.
