Don’t mess with my pizza

Police arrested a man for pulling a gun on a delivery man after an argument over a pizza on Avenue Z on Nov. 20.

The victim told police that the two men got into a verbal dispute when he tried to deliver the man a pizza between Shell Road and W. Third Street at 9:50 pm.

The man went back to get change for the delivery when he instead pulled out a firearm and demanded his money back, said police. The delivery man called police, who arrested the man at the scene, officials said.

Staircase stalker

Police arrested a man who they say threatened a woman and stole her purse on W. 33rd Street on Nov. 14.

The 60-year-old woman told police that the man followed her down the stairs in her apartment building between Surf and Mermaid avenues at 10:34 am. She tried to let him pass but the man shoved her and told her to keep walking, officials said.

The man proceeded to follow her outside and stated, “You don’t know me, I will f------ punch you in the face,” police reported. The man swiped the woman’s purse and fled on foot, but police canvassed the area and arrested him, authorities said.

Boardwalk bandits

Two goons attacked a woman and grabbed her cellphone on the Boardwalk at W. 16th Street on Nov. 14.

The baddies approached the woman from behind at 5 pm, pushed her into a fence, and swiped her cellphone from her hand, officials said.

The men ran off but the woman chased after them and demanded they return her phone, but the crooks claimed, “We don’t have your phone,” and pushed her away, police said. The thieves fled toward Mermaid Avenue, officers noted.

Gun goon

A brute brandished a handgun at a woman and demanded cash on Mermaid Avenue on Nov. 15.

The woman told police that she was near W. 19th Street at 4:05 pm when the baddie approached her and stated, “Give me all your money,” officials said. He then lifted his shirt to reveal a black firearm in his waistband, said police.

But before the nogoodnik had a chance to grab the woman’s cash he was scared off and fled on foot, said cops.

Beat with a scooter

Police arrested a man who they say beat a man with a metal scooter on Brighton Eighth Court on Nov. 18.

The victim told police that he was near Brighton Eighth Street at 3 am when he was struck in the back of the head with a red, metal scooter.

The man refused medical attention at the scene but went to the hospital on his own time, said police. Police on the scene arrested the man, authorities reported.
